  • CORE Meeting : " The meniscus from Cradle to Rocker 4 - 6 February 2010 "
    (http://www.meniscus2010.be)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 In January 1989, some 20 years ago, the first viable meniscal transplantation was performed in the Ghent University Hospital. We had followed in the footsteps of Professor Carl Wirth from Hannover, as we were confronted with this very specific pathology in active patients.
    From February 4 to 6, 2010 we will be organizing a CORE (Comprehensive Review) meeting on the subject: The Meniscus: From Cradle to Rocker.
    The scientific presentations will take place on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday morning a hands-on surgical cadaver lab will be organized with EndoGent.
